Waiver
ALLURE members are required to acknowledge and agree to this waiver upon entry:
The events put on by ALLURE are private membership events, and are by invitation only. The activities are for the purpose of entertainment and enjoyment. The topics may include such matters as human sexuality. You agree and acknowledge that you may be exposed to these topics and others like them, and that you may be exposed to adult nudity and adult sexual contact, and that you find this in no way offensive to you.
That YOU and the ALLURE membership, void of any court order, shall maintain the privacy of all members and will not reveal any names of any member to any other persons, for any reason whatsoever, i.e., give or sell any names of any members to any other person or persons.
That YOU also agree not to photograph or record in any way any member or members without express written consent by said member and the board or management of ALLURE.
That YOU agree not to reveal the location of the events held at ALLURE, or any activities held at or by ALLURE for any reason to any non-member at any time without written consent from management of ALLURE.
That YOU understand that any donations to ALLURE are not for any sexual activity that you and others may witness or engage in while at ALLURE and/or any ALLURE events.
The YOU understand that YOU must not engage in any and all illegal activity of any kind at all events given by ALLURE including the use or possession of any illegal drugs of any kind.
That YOU understand any act of sex termed illegal by the State of California will not be performed in any way while attending ALLURE.
That YOU agree to waive any liability of ALLURE or its staff, and hold ALLURE harmless for an injury or loss that may occur to YOU while participating in any and all functions at ALLURE or any ALLURE event, unless said injury or loss is due to intentional acts of negligence on the part of ALLURE.
That YOU agree to waive any liability of ALLURE or its staff for any damages, theft, or the like to all items YOU bring to ALLURE events; this includes vehicles.
That YOU understand that while drinking is allowed, YOU alone are responsible for your own actions and as such agree to hold ALLURE, management, and its staff free of any responsibility for YOUR actions, including but not limited to disorderly conduct, drunk driving, etc.
That YOU understand all state, federal, and local laws apply and as such hold ALLURE, management, and its staff free of any liability associated with any illegal activity.
That YOU expressly agree that your application to become a member of ALLURE constitutes an agreement with the terms and conditions stated above, and that YOU understand and agree to all rules stated above by ALLURE and that this agreement will not be amended in any way.
YOU agree to abide by all rules of ALLURE and all directives by its board or designated management.
